for the first time from a mining company,
Phelps Dodge Corporation, has been awarded to Dr.
Gardea to carry out a project called, "Screening
the metal uptake capacity of plant species growing at
the Miami tailings reclamation project: Evaluating soil
to plant elemental ratios."
